A message from the Head Teacher....
A warm welcome to St Martin at Shouldham. We understand that communication is of vital importance when working together, and we hope this website provides you with useful information and a flavour of the ethos our school.
We firmly believe that a good relationship between school and home is the cornerstone of a happy and productive journey through school. We are fortunate to have the co-operation, support and involvement of parents and the community in daily life here, and hope that that relationship doesn't end at the school gates.
With the talented, dedicated school staff, we constantly work hard to ensure that the educational standards, pastoral care and curriculum enhancing opportunities that are offered at St. Martin at Shouldham combine to create a challenging and stimulating environment in which every child will thrive. In particular, the ethos and 'feel' of the school has been described as aspirational. This is, in no small part, due to the values and behaviours that are demonstrated by our children and staff.
We work closely with our local Church communities and in partnership the Diocese of Ely to embed within our school culture the Christian values that underpin all areas of school life.
St. Martin at Shouldham has much to offer its pupils and the wider community. We warmly welcome you to our school, and look forward to sharing this exciting journey with you and your child.
